Technical Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line )

Crewe, Cheshire


£35k -£40k dependent on experience + benefits

Role includes 24/7 shift coverage

We are hiring on behalf of our major global client for a Technical Support Engineer (2nd/ 3rd Line) to work onsite in Crewe , Cheshire on a permanent basis.

Core duties of this opportunity will include ; troubleshooting issues across data centres , servers and IT infrastructure.

Managing incidents and service requests .

We are ideally looking for candidates with the following skills ;

  • A minimum of 4 years recent experience in deskside , systems, infrastructure Support.
  • 2nd/ 3rd line experience essential
  • Windows Server Support
  • MS Exchange, AD, RSA Admin
  • Experience of handling major incidents
  • Infrastructure Support / Virtual server support
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven background of onsite and remote support.
