Technical Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line )
£35k -£40k dependent on experience + benefits
Role includes 24/7 shift coverage
We are hiring on behalf of our major global client for a Technical Support Engineer (2nd/ 3rd Line) to work onsite in Crewe , Cheshire on a permanent basis.
Core duties of this opportunity will include ; troubleshooting issues across data centres , servers and IT infrastructure.
Managing incidents and service requests .
We are ideally looking for candidates with the following skills ;
- A minimum of 4 years recent experience in deskside , systems, infrastructure Support.
- 2nd/ 3rd line experience essential
- Windows Server Support
- MS Exchange, AD, RSA Admin
- Experience of handling major incidents
- Infrastructure Support / Virtual server support
- Excellent communication skills with a proven background of onsite and remote support.
