DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst. You will work in an upbeat professional team environment providing ongoing hardware and software support for our client base. This position is heavily help desk/customer focused and requires diagnostic skills with a high sense of urgency, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to accurately document and provide fact-based solutions.
Maintain current knowledge of business processes, standards, and testing requirements
A ddresses and responds to customer for basic technical support inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and CRM
Consistent monitoring of events related to equipment, managed service platforms, and network
Document requests, interactions, events, etc. within the CRM tool
Provide remote support for new equipment installations
Collaborate with internal customers regarding customer-specific requests, potential sales, and part orders
Engaging customer service with the confidence and professionalism to interface with our clients and organization at many levels
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to earn the client’s trust and confidence over the phone
Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
Driven by individual results while working as a team
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with Salesforce Service Console is a plus but not required
Relevant work experience in a help desk support role to provide an analytical approach to troubleshooting hardware and software
Associate’s degree: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Network Systems Management, Technical Support and Repair, Database Administration, Internet Systems, Telecommunications, Java Programming, Computer Forensics, or related field , or relevant work experience in an IT support role within a SaaS environment .
