Job Description

SyLogix is a Canadian I&IT consulting company. Established in 1998, we have 23 years of track record in providing quality I&IT professional services to our clients in public and private sectors across Canada.

We are seeking a Technical (IT) Recruiter (Junior to Intermediate level) to provide recruitment support to our team while guided by our Senior Account Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment lifecycle including review and analyze requirements, source, screen, interview, negotiate, and shortlist candidates, check candidates’ references;
  • Keep track candidates’ data;
  • Compel candidate’s summary highlighting the relevant qualifications, skills, and experience;
  • Support RFP response submissions;
  • Build relationship with candidates;
  • Attend weekly meetings with the team

(Must Have) Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in recruitment and/or HR;
  • Knowledgeable with up-to-date Information Technologies (i.e. Infrastructure/Platforms/Networks/Software/Programming Languages/Databases/etc.)
  • Ability to work under fast paced and time sensitive environment;
  • Excellent analytical skill (i.e. ability to extract key requirements from RFP);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Fast learner, willing to learn, receptive to feedback;
  • Ambitious and committed to complete assignments within tight deadlines

(Nice to Have) Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Previously work in a IT technical role;
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, Linkedin, Indeed
  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or Engineering;
  • IT related certifications

Approximate Start Date: Immediate

Work Location: Remote (except during initial training)

Compensation: Salary plus commission plus performance bonus

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Expected start date: 2021-11-15

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
