Job Description

We are looking for Technical Analyst for HR IT System transformation specialised in HR processes & tools to join our team. As the HR IT System Technical Analyst you will be expected to deliver the following:

  • Manage the HR IT and Payroll systems, ensuring an effective provision for the wider HR Team
  • Support the development, implementation of HR processes and changes and monitor on an ongoing basis with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Conduct the quarterly and ad-hoc systems upgrades, ensuring they are carried out in a timely manner and that appropriate People Manager testing is completed in respect of any upgrade or system change.
  • Identify and oversee the implementation of potential functional enhancements, upgrades and system process improvements in order to maximise efficiency. This includes identifying and implementing self service capability across our systems. Work with the internal projects team and/or IT on any major HR/Payroll system enhancement projects as required.
  • Attend HR IT System technical forum meetings and use to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on ADP Payroll processes for USA and UK specific countries.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR IS Tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Other.
  • Derive test cases from User Stories and Functional Specifications
  • Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases
  • Identify and document HR Processes & Payroll Process from technical viewpoint(Technical specifications)
  • Develop manual and automated test cases
  • Create new test plans and review
  • Set up Test Data (Pre- production)
  • Defect Analysis
  • Documentation of the testing process
  • Working closely with Project Teams to create client facing Test Strategies and Test Cases
  • Oversee scheduled and ad hoc functional and regression testing of new and existing core functionality to ensure high quality standard are achieved always for all software releases
  • Provide support to HR colleagues and other users in their use of the system where required including support with training and coaching of new members of the team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You are expected to demonstrate a supportive, flexible and driven ethos and will have accumulated the following experience and skills:
  • Relevant systems experience gained within a HR function.
  • Experience of using and managing a variety of HR systems and applications. Working experience with SAP SucessFactors payroll module is required.
  • Clear aptitude for and experience in, numerical analysis and data insight
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Take personal accountability and ownership for all deliverables, work proactively and at pace to deliver required milestones
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple work-streams and meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

As a HR IT Technical Analyst you will report directly in to the HRIS Project Manager to:
