The Ask
We’re looking for a Solution Services Development Manager who will lead a team of software developers and CRM administrators in the continued expansion and enhancement of our CRM and Self-Service platforms in support of multiple domestic and international clients.

What You’ll Do
You’ll drive the formalization and documentation of defined processes, providing transparency on current state. Oversee and participate in all phases of the SDLC to ensure teams are delivering all work on time and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality . Stay current on software development techniques and recommend improvements in support of application development.
What You Need
8+ years of technical experience in Software Engineering, or Software Development
At least 4+ years proven experience in leading and developing technical professionals
Experience in Customer Service / Experience / nology ( preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,orequivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth knowledge of professional software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and build processes.
Extensive experience with web and integration technologies such as HTTP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, , .Net, Java, PHP, REST, microservices, and databases
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Cloud and best practices is a plus
Experience withthe Atlassian Jira and Agile practices
