Ravensbourne University London is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide our students, staff and visitors a reliable and high-quality IT experience by providing first and second line technical support within agreed service levels with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. You will work within a modern technology environment and will be supporting the latest Windows and Apple Mac devices as well as mobile phones, printers, audio visual technologies and modern peripheral devices.
This is an exciting role for a customer-focussed individual to join our energetic IT Service Desk to provide high quality, effective incident management and fulfilment of our customers’ requests while developing knowledge and skills on a number of mainstream and emergent technologies.
