The Opportunity:
To provide timely and reliable global IT risk reporting for senior management to get visibility of key IT risks, controls, issues and exceptions, and to guide future investment and remediation activities.

Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:

Document and maintain IT risk reporting framework, including stakeholder map(s), divisional & functional responsibilities for production/submission of the report content, guidance for the content owners including the principles/logic for calculation and validation of data.

Communicate and manage a schedule for collation, review and submission of the IT risk reports.

Communicate changes within the IT risk reporting framework to stakeholders.

Review the content for IT risk reporting packs and, where required, validate / investigate information to ensure reliability and consistency of data.

Prepare the monthly Global technology risk pack for global and divisional stakeholders ensuring all relevant parties are updated on progress as appropriate.

Apply understanding of IT processes to perform deep-dive validation of metrics and risk.

Improve the reliability of IT risk reporting through building data quality checks and leveraging opportunities to reduce manual manipulation that could introduce errors.

Ensure appropriate knowledge and understanding of Enterprise IT Risk Management and their impact on IT risk reporting.

Determine own work priorities in line with agreed plans to ensure the achievement of the function’s objectives.

You will need to be able to display you have the following qualifications and experience:

Excellent knowledge of risk management life-cycle processes

Good understanding of operation of the 3-lines of defense model of risk management

Knowledge of IT frameworks and practices including but not limited to COBIT and ITIL

Understanding of risks in key processes involved in the Run and Change functions of IT for global organizations, including the IT supply chain

Skilled in data analysis and reporting skills using tools and techniques like MS Excel, MS Access and SQL

Strong background in an IT audit or similar role

Experience of having used enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools for risk analysis and reporting
