This is initially a 3 days per week role supporting the MD in day to day executive and operational tasks.
This will be an evolving and proactive role taking over one off and ongoing tasks from the MD and creating additional capacity for the Company to deal effectively and efficiently with the current workload and continue its growth.
The potential candidate will be capable of forming a good working relationship with the MD, quickly understanding how the business works, and be able to take on the required tasks and get them done efficiently and successfully. Full support from the MD will be available and the candidate would be expected to grow their capability to learn and take over responsibility for those tasks.
Excellent communication, numerical, computer, task management, time management and team working skills are essential as well as the ability to be part of supplying the highest levels of service to our customers.
There is an opportunity to be proactive, recommend improved working practices and provide input to the advancement of the business.
Undertake tasks assigned by the MD.
Maintain up to date task lists and track all tasks through to conclusion.
Prioritise tasks as required.
Create, manage and update company procedures.
Provide daily and more frequent status as required.
Raise problems and request support from the MD as required.
Communicate with the team and customers as required, providing a high quality service.
Create a good relationship and work cooperatively with the team.
3 days per week, one of which will be Saturday.
Office hours are 9am to 5pm but there will need to be some flexibility to support classes running at different times.
This role would suit someone who has around 10 years experience and would like potentially in the future take over the business. There is a possiblity of future shares in the company for the right person
