About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an all-round IT Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and presentation skills to work with modern technologies and provide exceptional technical solutions for a broad range of technologies and a wide range of clients. Duties:
Provide 1st and 2nd level Managed Services, Technical Support services, Office 365 Migrations, Network Administration, Consulting services to businesses

Administration/Management and Maintenance of a range of software, primarily: Microsoft 365, Sophos router and wireless access points, 3CX VoIP Systems and ConnectWise CRM

Printer configuration, decommission users, reset passwords, support network environments, system backups, monitoring onsite and offsite

PC and computer installations, software installation, configure new equipment onsite and maintenance of ICT systems

Hands on experience with Sophos router and wireless access points

Respond, Log, and update all help desk incidents

Prepare and provide quotes/proposals for customers, ensure solutions meet or exceed customer expectation

Respond to customer inquiries and provide immediate customer assistance via email, telephone and onsite.

Provide ad-hoc client visits

Skills and Experience:
Responsible, Reliable, well presented and not afraid of hard work

Ideally, two-plus years’ experience supporting Microsoft 365, Sophos router and wireless access points, 3CX VoIP Systems and ConnectWise CRM

MYOB experience is highly desirable

Experience supporting a wide variety of clients

Excellent troubleshooting capabilities

Excellent Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of technical problems

Ability to assist the sales team by answering questions, providing technical guidance, support and increase business sales

Business Maturity

Excellent Customer Service skills

Interest in Cloud Azure and G-suite

Must have a current drivers’ licence and own vehicle

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
