IT Service Manager Job at Ravensbourne in London
Ravensbourne University London is seeking an IT Service Manager for the effective fulfilment of service requests and the management of incident resolutions meeting our agreed service levels for all of IT Services. They will act as a central contact for our internal team, senior stakeholders and suppliers continually looking for opportunities to refine the quality, cost and efficiency of IT Services across the organisation. You will motivate and manage a team of 5 Staff, provide guidance and support required to maintain a high level of performance aligned to meeting organisational objectives and delivering excellent customer satisfaction by updating and creating new processes, documentation and delivering training to all IT Services staff to ensure that high customer satisfaction levels are maintained by establishing strong relationships with our customer base.
The role offers the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills on a number of mainstream and emergent technologies during exciting times for the organisation, the role would suit someone with a thirst for learning new technologies and who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
