What about the day-to-day activities of the position?

Be responsible for the definition, planning, organization and execution of application monitoring, disaster recovery activities and product governance across Wealth Management IT

Lead complex and strategic projects involving a multitude of internal, external and matrix partners

Play an influencing role with business sectors in order to orient the medium or long term business strategy according to the new opportunities offered by technology

Manage the technological risks (obsolescence, cybersecurity, disaster etc.) related to applications and products under your leadership

Act as a leader in transformation for your business sector by implementing several strategic projects

Have a direct impact on the customer experience

Participate in the overhaul of the transversal digital architecture

Be able to see concretely the final product of one’s work Challenge your colleagues and develop the team as a whole.

You are the ideal candidate if:
You have a bachelor’s degree or University certificate / undergraduate and/or relevant experience of 10+ years

You have a strong track record in the IT field with a specific knowledge and experience in Leading cross functional multi-million-dollar Programs

You have experience Leading a Team of IT Professional and can demonstrate a model for achieving high performance across the organization

You have demonstrated a strong track record with agile and DevOps delivery resulting in high velocity, high quality delivery

You have lead application support teams, with a focus on monitoring and responding to application reliability, security and performance KPIs

You have carried out technological transformations

You have proven experience in large-scale and major transformation projects where systems integration is critical to the success of the program

You like to share new ideas, collaborate, and learn from others

You know the integration of complex systems

You have an innate technological curiosity, and you adore innovation

You have demonstrated leadership is a strength for you and you are able to work with partners in Vendor organizations to get to the best outcome

You ensure a robust change management that allows your teams and colleagues to transform

You are able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and enjoy ambiguity.

You speak and write English.
