We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Contracts & Supplier Manager to join our IT department located at our Administration Building in Central London, NW1 4LJ.

The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest independently owned non-profit hospital, and we have been providing exceptional care since 1932. We have 8 premises, where we perform highly complex procedures as well as routine surgery & medicine.

Our IT department strives to provide world class, future proof and cost effective IT solutions that support The London Clinic delivering world class healthcare.

Job Profile:
As IT Contracts & Supplier Manager you will manage the IT procurement for the clinic ensuring professional, efficient and high quality support to the Information Technology (IT) directorate and the London Clinic as a whole.

Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: The attractive salary for this role is £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, and will be dependent upon skills and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Processing of invoices/expenses/cheque requests/purchase orders and updating of budget trackers

Contract management – examine existing contracts

Working with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost effectively

Manage the company’s supply of IT products and services

Work with the PMO, IT Finance BP to ensure the availability of appropriately profiled funding across financial periods

Skills & Experience

Proven working experience as procurement officer

Experience of independently managing a varied and complex administrative workload/ function

Punctual and responsible

Well organised, good at planning ahead and able to meet deadlines

Works well in a team and can work well with others

Excellent IT skills
