Global IT Service Manager Job at Marex Spectron in London
We are currently searching for a Global IT Service Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of all our IT services whilst ensuring compliance of the ITIL processes. The role will cover Change, Problem, Business Continuity, Incident and Major Incident management processes.
You will be an organised, flexible and unruffled individual with previous experience of a similar role. Your relationship management and communication skills will be well-honed as you will need to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Experience of working in the financial services industry is highly desirable, but we will absolutely need you to have, as a minimum, an ITIL Foundation Level qualification and formalised project management experience (PMP is preferred).
Your responsibilities will be broad – not only covering the IT department’s compliance to ITIL based policies but also chairing change management meetings, problem management meetings as well as planning and facilitating projects across the department. You will own the IT Departments BCP methodologies and will be heavily involved in testing these methodologies across all Corporate, Trading and Clearing Applications. You will also be responsible for producing management reporting packs and any post-incident reports.
Please be aware that this role will involve occasional weekend work.
