Job Description



Provide desktop support services for in-scope sites of (via tools and processes). The scope of support coverage for each of 24x7x365 local business hours at Morgan Hill, California, US.

Maintaining client laptops and desktops devices in good operating condition

o Undertaking preventative maintenance on devices in accordance with the applicable devices manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements;

o Leveraging client defined processes, perform soft disposal of laptops / desktops in environment upon their end of life cycle and leverage third-party vendors for hard disposal of these devices; and

o Create SOPs and run book to operate to perform desktop support services, and obtain approval and signoff from Client’s responsible IT project managers, before operationalizing them.

Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for the following

Laptop / desktop devices / IP phones / soft phones

o Conference room equipment (video and audio equipment)

Resolution of Incidents and requests that cannot be resolved by telephone or remote means and require a physical presence.

Perform on-site support for IMAC (Install, Move, ADD, Change).

Remediate desktop operating systems issues, connectivity issues, and remote communications issues.

Perform software loading and configuration, software reloading if remote delivery is not available.

Provide primary support for desktop, laptop, peripherals, desk phones, soft phones, and conference room equipment (conference phones, monitors, click shares, etc.)
