What you’ll do

Your objective is to find the channels and strategies to drive enterprise MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage

Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to, webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content marketing, etc.

Regularly analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of campaign engagement

Partner with the Events team to promote and track webinar and event engagement

Work directly with Product, Content, Marketing, and Web Development teams to create relevant content, build converting landing pages, and design engaging ad creative

Assist in executing and optimizing account-based strategies and campaigns to engage key target accounts and connect them with account teams through personalized experiences

Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools for audience segmentation, campaign tracking and lead operations

Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads in an effort to build a qualified sales pipeline

Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets

Who You Are

1-2 years of B2B demand generation experience with a proven track record, preferably with a SaaS company

You have a proven track record of building acquisition channels from scratch

Ability to tie marketing strategies and growth experiments to sales pipeline results

Growth mindset: Revenue is your north star metric; you’re focusing on driving new experiments and optimizing current ones to maintain fast growth

Ability to build growth projects from acquisition to retention

Experience in managing team/contractors management and strong project management skills

You have the drive and focus to get challenging projects over the finish line while meeting deadlines.
