Join us to create the future of Consumer Insights! We are hiring for a Connected Home Research Service Deliver Manager to join us full-time as of November 2021. This role is open to applicants located in San Jose, Warsaw, Toronto and Cincinnati. We are looking for a strong leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for service delivery, and the ability to build effective and collaborative partnerships that translates to a seamless experience for the internal customers using the Connected Home Research (CHR) service.

From Day 1 you will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead on building the Connected Home Research Service and coordinating the different elements of it. You will work closely with the functions/teams that support the different elements of the service to deliver a holistic experience to the OUs.

The Connected Home Research (CHR) Team is a recently formed multi-functional team that includes experts in Research (CMK), Data Scientists (R&D) and Information Technology (IT). The team focus is to enable the Organizational Units to do Connected Home Research. Connected Home Research (CHR) is a research methodology that allows researchers to observe how consumers use and engage with our products in their home in real time via in home IoT devices like scale, scanners, video cameras.

Responsibilities:
As the CHR Service Delivery Manager, in the first few months of the role, and working closely with the CHR Core Team, you will work on standing up the concierge service including study request intake process, coordinating workflows with the verticals supporting the service, and establishing the financial processes.

Ongoing the CHR Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

Coordinating multiple internal teams (R&D, CMK, ITx, Brand Services) to execute Connected Home Research studies (IoT devices in consumer homes)

Preparing service proposals and coordinating the execution with each of the verticals

Leading project kick-off, status meetings and connects throughout the study execution

Managing the financial processes for the service including PO management, SOWs, Contracts, collecting payments from the internal customers and distributing payments to the teams supporting the different elements of the service

Monitoring project progress and coordinating follow ups needed with the different pillars supporting the service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree is required

2-3 years of strong project management skills/experience

Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills including the ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules

Strong communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills

Work process oriented and attention to detail is a must

Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders at different geographies and levels in the organization

Capacity for managing several parallel initiatives, identifying, and balancing priorities.

Strong leadership and relationship management skills. Ability to lead and influence others to achieve a common goal

Solid understanding of financial processes like PO management, budget tracking etc.

Knowledge or experience in Consumer Research and/or IoT devices is an asset
