Ravensbourne University London is seeking an experience AV & IT Service Desk Engineer to provide comprehensive service to staff, students and guests by providing a professional and effective Audio Visual and IT Support needed in an academic environment. You will support, manage and develop the organisations Audio Visual functions as well as support the management and development of the organisations desktop, mobile and lab computing devices.
This is an exciting role for a customer-focussed individual to join our energetic IT Service Desk to provide high quality, effective incident management and fulfilment of our customers’ requests while developing knowledge and skills on a number of mainstream and emergent technologies.
